Since, the proceeding arises out of Municipal Appeal in relation to payment of tax, the Appellant shall continue to pay taxes as was done during pendecy of the Appeal. The payment of tax shall be subject to the decision of the present Appeal.

With the above clarification, Civil Application No.949 of 2014 stands disposed of.
