The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of time to deposit the decretal amount in terms of the order dated 5th May 2016 passed in Civil Application No. 1544 of 2016. The time to deposit in terms of the said order has expired on 24th June 2016. In my view, it would be just and proper to extend the time by four weeks from date i.e. the amount to be deposited on Sharayu.
