Appraisal report of PDJ of Sessions Court, Thane who has convicted the petitioner under Section 432(3) of the Cr.P.C. is still awaited. We, therefore, direct the said Court to expedite it and to forward it to the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik within four weeks after receipt of this order by it. The Competent Authority shall after receipt of the said report, take suitable decision on claim of the petitioner to benefit of remission on account of 125th birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar within next eight Shivgan 1/2

With this direction, we dispose of the petition. Order be communicated to the prisoner in jail so also to the convicting Court.
