Having heard the learned counsel for respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition finally. The petitioner seeking direction to respondent No.2 to forthwith decide the petitioner's caste claim. The caste claim of the petitioner has been referred to respondent No.2-Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee,Nashik for adjudication on 9th August 2005. Directions were issued on 24th December 2014, by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.5785 of 2014 to decide the caste claim expeditiously within two months in which present petitioner was a party. Despite this order, respondent No.2 has not decided the petitioner's caste claim. In our considered opinion, the members of respondent No.2 are 1/2

However, in the interest of justice, we deem it convenient to again direct respondent No.2 to dispose of the petitioner's caste claim dated 9th August 2005 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. To enable the respondent No.2 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present along with copy of this order and copy of his proposal dated 9th August 2005 on 24th January 2020 at 11.00 a.m. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
