The petitioners are seeking following relief : (A) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari or mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondent No.3 to investigate into the matter and submit the investigation report before this Hon'ble Court at the earliest; "

The petitioners applied for anticipatory bail. However, same was rejected up to Supreme Court. Learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, states that charge-sheet is filed against the petitioners in FIR No. 457 of 2013 registered with Juhu Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 342, 363, 332, 504, 506(2) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and they are shown as absconding offenders.

In the above circumstances, the petitioners are not entitled to seek relief as claimed under prayer clause (a). The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
