Heard the learned Advocates for the parties as well as Respondent Nos.1 and 3 and the following order is passed by consent : (i) The Petitioners have agreed to pay an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- to the Respondent No.1 for self and on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in full and final settlement of her claim as well as the claim of Respondent Nos.2 to 5 against the Petitioners.

(ii)Upon payment of the said amount of Rs.20,00,000/-, the Respondents shall have no claim of whatsoever nature including any statutory claim against the Petitioners.

wp 10466 of 2017 (902).sxw (iii)The Petitioners shall deposit the said amount of Rs.20,00,000/- before the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation, 1st Labour Court, Bandra (E), Mumbai, on or before 14th November, 2017.

(iv)The said amount shall be handed over by the Court to the Respondent No.1 after following the procedure laid down under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, qua the compromise with regard to the minors.
