As noted in Order dated 27.6.2018 the first information report and other documents placed on record prima facie creates doubt about the bonafide in lodgment of the present crime qua the applicant who is friend of the principal accused Ganesh Dokhale. In view thereof the interim relief granted by Order dated 27.6.2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived. 5.
