By the present Petition, the Petitioner has made grievance that his Application for furlough leave was not considered favourably by the Competent Authority. Learned APP submitted that, subsequent thereto the Petitioner was released on furlough leave on three occasions in the year 2016, 2018 and 2019.

In view thereof, the present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
