It is admitted before us that the Petitioner can approach the Armed Forces Tribunal, but the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court should interfere because there is violation of fundamental rights of the Petitioner. Once there is substantive Tribunal established which has jurisdiction to decide the subject matter, we decline to entertain the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
