FINAL ORDER:- Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the Application filed by the Petitioner for caste validity certificate, which is pending since 7 November 2012, as early as possible, preferably within four months from today.

Pending the said Application, at this stage, in the interest of justice and to avoid further complications and in view of the averments made, we are inclined to direct Respondent No.4-Institute 1/2

ssm 2 909-wp7564.17.sxw to release the statement of marks of VIII Semester and Degree Certificate of Textile Technology Degree Course and other related documents within one week from today. However, it is made clear that this order is subject to the final adjudication to be rendered by Respondent No.2-Committee.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
