The learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 has placed on record a communication dated 21st June 2019, issued by the Joint Secretary, State Election Commission, Maharashtra. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In the said communication, it is recorded that the elections for the vacant seat in Ward No.6 of the Grampanchayat will be conducted in September 2019. In view of this statement recorded in the communication dated 21st June 2019, the grievance raised in the instant petition stands redressed.

The petition therefore stands dismissed.
