By this civil application the applicants seeks stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 4th September, 1999. This Court while admitting the second appeal on 24th November, 1999 has already directed to maintain status-quo as on the date of the said order. In view of the status-quo order already granted by this Court, no separate relief is necessary. 2.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
