The said Civil Application No.113 of 2016 has been dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the non-appearance of the advocate on the day when the said Civil Application was listed. The reasons for the non-appearance of the advocate are mentioned in the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Shri. Sameer R. Bhalekar appearing for the Respondent No.1 opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. The Civil BGP.
