This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with R.C.-09/E/2017 registered with CBI-EOW, Mumbai. The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 7th July, 2017. 3.

The applicant was directed to report the office of the CBI-EOW, Mumai on 10th July, 2017 and thereafter as and when called for. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 on instructions submits that the applicant has attended the investigating officer as directed by this Court and thereafter whenever the applicant was called by the investigating officer.

It is submitted that the application can be disposed off by directing the applicant to attend further Investigating Officer as and when called for and to co-operate with the investigating machinery by furnishing all requisite documents.

In view of the above, the application can be disposed of. Therefore, I pass following order;

:: ORDER ::

1.

Anticipatory Bail Application No.1156 of 2017 is allowed. 2.

Interim order dated 7th July, 2017 is confirmed. 3.

The applicant is directed to report CBI-EOW, Mumbai as and when called for and shall cooperate with the investigation and also produce requisite documents called upon by the investigating officer.

Application stands disposed of.
