The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.3 on record and for condonation of delay in filing the Civil Application.

The Respondent No.3 has expired on 19/10/2014 and his heirs have already been brought on record thereafter in the suit in question. Hence even though there is a delay in filing the application, since the heirs of the Respondent No.3 are already brought on record in the suit in question, the said heirs would have to be brought on record in the above Writ Petition.
