After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned counsel for parties that the Appeal from Order may be disposed of by directing the City Civil Court, Greater Mumbai to decide the Notice of motion expeditiously.

Accordingly, Appeal from Order is disposed of by requesting the Appeal Court to dispose of Notice of Motion (Stamp) No.5532 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.
