After arguing the anticipatory bail application for some time, when this Court showed disinclination to grant relief, learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to surrender before the Trial Court.

The anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

If an application for bail is filed before the Trial Court, same shall be decided on merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
