The only relief sought in the above Writ Petition is that the complaint of the Petitioner dated 1st September, 2017, annexed at Exhibit - 'A', page 15 be looked into and a decision be taken thereon. 2.

We, therefore, direct the Senior Inspector of Police, Colaba Police Station, Mumbai, to look into the said complaint dated 1st September, 2017, of the Petitioner, if not already looked into and take a decision

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
