P.C.:- 1] Initially, the original tenant filed this Civil Revision Application in 2012. Pending that he died. Then to bring his son and daughter, the two surviving legal heirs, on record. They have filed Civil Application No.475 of 2018 before this Court. One of the applicants in that Civil Application (that is, Applicant No.1B) has also died.

2] In the above factual backdrop, Civil Application No.475 of 2018 has become infructuous as one of the persons to be brought on 1/2

CRP 2 1-CAC-475-2018 record has died. Now, the applicant informs the Court that she has filed Civil Application Stamp No. 55 of 2019 to bring on record the legal heirs of that deceased legal heir-that is, husband of applicant No.1B. This Civil Application Stamp No.55 of 2019 is not listed on board.

3] Post the matter on 2nd August 2019.
