Learned APP submits that till today the charge is not framed. The earlier application was withdrawn on 21/6/2018 only when the Court was not inclined to grant bail after the matter having been argued for sometime. The learned Sessions Judge, Khed seized with the Sessions Case No. 72 of 2017 is hereby requested to frame charge in the present case on or before 30th April, 2022 and conclude recording of evidence as far as by 31st March, 2023. The application stands disposed of.
