This civil application seeks stay of the impugned judgment and order. The second appeal has already been admitted by order dated 20 October 2015. Rule was granted on that date in the civil application, which seeks stay of the impugned judgment and decree. The stay has been operating since then.

Learned Counsel for the parties request the court to expeditiously hear the appeal itself since it involves a short question concerning condonation of delay.

Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of by continuing the ad-interim stay granted by this court on 20 October 2015. The hearing of the second appeal is expedited. A private paper-book has already been filed and served on the Respondents. Parties will be at liberty to mention 1 / 2
