This is an application for cancellation of non bailable warrant issued against the applicant by an Order dated 15.6.2018 by this Court. The applicant is personally present in Court and Advocate Shri.Mishra identifies him to be the same Shivprasad Gaya Prasad Sharma. It is submitted that the applicant was at his native place and therefore on earlier occasions could not remain present as was directed. 2.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.
