By this application, the applicant (original complainant) seeks cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No. 1 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati vide order dated 24th March 2017.

Learned A.P.P submits that the applicant was granted anticipatory bail on 24th March 2017 and that the police have filed a charge- SQ Pathan 1/2

5-APPLN-357-2017.doc sheet in the said C.R. i.e. C.R. No. 132/2017 registered with the Daund Police Station, Pune, on 5th December 2018 in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Daund. He submits that the case was committed to the Court of Sessions on 13th June 2019, since the offences were sessions triable and that the matter is posted for framing of charge. Considering the aforesaid, in particular, that the charge-sheet is filed against the respondent No. 1, nothing survives for consideration in the application.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
