Petitioner No. 1 is present with his advocate and respondent No. 2 is present with her advocate. Parties jointly request for quashing of FIR in view of settlement arrived at in divorce proceedings. Consent Terms are filed in Family Court and accordingly those proceedings have been converted into proceedings for grant of decree by mutual consent. SQ Pathan 1/2
