Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant prays that this Court be pleased to grant 'No Objection Certificate' for renewal of passport of the Applicant for five years.

There is a Notification dated 25.08.1993 issued by the Ministry of External Affairs to the Passport Authorities, being G.S.R. 570(E).

The Applicant has already been permitted to travel out of

APPA 940-17.doc India vide Order dated 21.07.2017 passed in Cri.Appln.No.823 of 2017 in Cri. Appeal No.1123 of 2013. In view of the aforesaid Notification dated 25.08.1993, the Applicant to produce the said Order dated 21.07.2017 before the Passport Authority and seek renewal of his passport and the Passport Authority to consider the same in accordance with the said Notification and the Passports Act. 5.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
