The above Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the Revision against the order dated 26.03.2015 passed by the JMFC, Thane. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in the Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 submits to the orders of the Court. Hence accepting the reasons, the Application is allowed. The Application is accordingly disposed of. 2.

List the Revision for admission after the ensuing summer vacation on 24.06.2016. The earlier order dated 06.08.2015 would continue to operate on the same terms and conditions mentioned in the BGP.

(20)-APPR-282-15.doc said order. The arrears up to date according to the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 are in the sum of Rs.1,43,000/-. The Petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in the Court of the Learned JMFC, Thane on or before 23.07.2016.
