We have perused the order dated 12th January 2021 passed by this Court in this Writ Petition thereby expedited the hearing of this writ petition while granting liberty to petitioners to mention the writ petition in the first week of January 2021 for fixing the date of hearing. The matter is, however, not listed for final hearing till date.

Respondents no. 3 and 4, however, not filed any affidavit in reply in the writ petition. The State of Maharashtra is going to file reply.

Mr. Bhargude, learned counsel for respondents no. 3 and 4 agrees to file affidavit in reply within two weeks from today and to serve a copy upon the petitioner's advocate as well as upon the office of the government pleader simultaneously. Statement is accepted.

Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter with a copy to be served upon respondent's advocated. 5.

Place the matter on board for hearing and final disposal on 28th October 2021 at 2.30 p.m.

Parties are at liberty to file brief written preposition alongwith copies of judgments which they proposed to rely upon, in support of its rival contentions with copy to be served on the other side in advance.
