The Learned Additional PP Mrs. Pai states that the charge sheet has already been filed on 6-8-2015. The offences alleged against the Petitioners in the above Petitions are for offences punishable under Sections 143, 149, 341, 188, 504, 505(1)(2) of the IPC and 37(3), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed, we do not deem it appropriate to go into the material which is on record by way of the charge sheet. We leave open the avenue to the Petitioners of taking appropriate recourse in law for their discharge. The above Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. mmj
