INTERIM APPLICATION NO.18627 OF 2022 1.

This Interim Application is filed seeking stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 16 April, 2022 passed by MACT, Solapur. 2.

By an order dated 7 September, 2022, this Court granted stay to the impugned Award, subject to Applicant depositing the Sharada

Advocate for the Applicant states that they have complied with the direction granted by this Court and have deposited the entire Award amount along with accrued interest on 11 October, 2022 before the concerned MACT, Solapur. He further states that 50 % of the said Award has already been withdrawn by the Original Claimant. Mr. Pachundkar appearing for the Original Claimant confirmed this position. In view of the same, stay granted by this Court to the impugned Award, by order dated 7 September 2022, is hereby confirmed till the disposal of the First Appeal. 4.
