By this application the applicant has sought leave to restore the criminal application for restoration being Criminal Application No.815 of 2014. Learned Counsel for the respondent has objected to the restoration on the ground that the applicant is only trying to delay the matter and had been remaining absent continuously. 2.

In view of the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, application is granted on payment of costs of

Rs.10,000/- to the respondent no.2.

The Application No.815 of 2014 shall stand restored to the file on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent no.2. The cost shall be paid within two weeks. Cost condition precedent for restoration of the application No.815 of 2014. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.)
