This is an application for return of passport deposited by the applicant with the Investigating agency as per the order dated 13.4.2018 passed by the this Court in ABA NO.642/2018.

It is stated in the application that the daughter of the applicant who is residing at San Francisco, California, USA has recently delivered a girl child and the applicant intends to see his daughter and the newly born grand daughter. It is stated that, the applicant desires to travel from 3.7.20918 Page-1/2

913-appp-772-18 and will return to India on 19.7.2018.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Investigating Officer/Agency is hereby directed to return the passport with the applicant immediately on production of copy of the present order.

After the applicant returns to India on 19.7.2018 he is directed to deposit the said passport with the Investigating Officer/Agency within a period of one week thereafter.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. All the concerned to act on a copy of this Order duly authenticated by the registry of this Court.
