By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner/husband has challenged the order dated 22nd June, 2017 passed by the learned District Judge-I, Raigad, Alibaug below Exhibit-23 in Civil Misc. Petition No. 89 of 2017. By that order, the learned District Judge has granted stay to his own order dated 22nd June, 2017 below Exhibit 5 till 9th August, 2017. 3.
