Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State, in our considered opinion this writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 - the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 16th June 2015 [copy of which is at Exhibit-D to this petition] as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
