By this petition, the petitioners seek the following substantive relief ;

" (a) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to expedite the hearing and disposal of the "B" summary report in connection with C.R.No.39 of 2015 pending on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ulhasnagar;

(b) for such other and further reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may require."

It is not necessary to go into the merits of the case. Suffice to state, that the 'B' summary report is filed in connection with C. R. No. 39 of 2015 registered with the Kulgaon Police Station, Badlapur, is pending on Wakodikar 1/2

21. WP 3254-2021.doc the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ulhasnagar, since 2015. Considering the same, the trial Court to expeditiously hear the 'B' summary report in connection with the aforesaid C.R. in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within six months from the date this order is produced before the trial Court. All contentions of all parties are kept open.

The petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 4.
