Mr.Nishad Jitesh Premnath for the applicants. Mr.Palkar, APP for respondent- State.
Mr.Santosh Bhide i/b. Bhide & Associate for the intervenor. CORAM : NITIN W.SAMBRE, J.
DATE : AUGUST 7, 2019 P.C. :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2.
By detailed reasoned order passed on February 20, 2019, the prayer of the applicants for grant of pre-arrest bail was rejected.
3.
After the said order of rejection was pronounced, pursuant to a request made by the applicants, ad-interim protection granted was continued for a period of four weeks so as to enable the applicants to approach before Apex Court. 4.
Without questioning the order of this Court before the Apex Court and after enjoying the extended interim
2 10) aba1307-19.doc protection, the applicants without any subsequent developments have approached this Court through the present Anticipatory Bail Application.
5.
The fact remains that this Court cannot reappreciate the reasons which are formed to be the basis of rejecting the prayer of the applicants for grant of pre-arrest bail vide order dated February 20, 2019. This Court is of the view that there is no subsequent development which warrants indulgence for grant of pre-arrest bail. Fact that the applicants are absconding for quite a long time, in my opinion, the application does not warrant any consideration. Hence application stands rejected.
