None for the petitioner, none for the respondent. Even on earlier many occasions, the petitioner was not represented. 2.
As a last chance, let the position of the matter on the board remain same and be called out on 11 August 2017." 4] On 11th August 2017, this Court made the following order: "Today Mr. Gorwarkar the learned advocate appears and states that it is likely that the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, stand over to 24th August, 2017." 5] On 29th September 2017, this Court made the following order: "None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Petition is of the year 1998. List this petition on 05.10.2017 under the caption for 'dismissal'.

List the Petition under the caption 'for dismisal' on 20th July 2018.
7] From the aforesaid, it does appear that the petition has become infructuous or in any case, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition. Several chances have been given and even today neither the petitioner nor his advocate appears 8] Since the petition is of the year 1998, it is not possible to grant any further accommodation. For all the aforesaid reasons, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
