The Applicant had preferred an Application for Anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court which is numbered as A.B.A. No.720 of 2017. The said Application was posted for hearing on 3.7.2017. The Sessions Court has adjourned the said Application to 15.7.2017 by observing that none attached to Charkop Police Station is present and say not filed. Application was adjourned to 15.7.2017 for hearing.

Since the Application was adjourned without granting interim protection, the same could be pre-poned to earlier date. 3.

The Sessions Court is directed to hear the Application of the applicant on 10.7.2017 and proceed with the same in accordance with law. The Investigating Officer is also directed to file say in the Application before the Sessions Court. Application is disposed of.
