Parties are jointly requesting for quashing FIR, which arose out of matrimonial discord. FIR is registered under Sections 498-A, 323, 406, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

In Petition No. F - 2135 of 2019 fled in Family Court at Bandra in Mumbai, consent terms have already been presented on 3rd June, 2019, and accordingly, marriage between the parties is already dissolved on 4th October, 2019.

The complainant (Respondent No. 2 herein) has today handed over an afdavit giving her 'no objection', with xerox copy of Adhar Card and the Pan card. In view of joint request, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
