Learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, seeks leave to withdraw the application. He submits that during the pendency of this application, charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, the applicant intends to approach the Sessions Court in view of the change in circumstance i.e. filing of the charge sheet.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this application has not been considered on merit and if an application for regular bail after filing of the charge sheet is preferred by the applicant, the appropriate Court to consider the same on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
