Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The Petition seeking restitution of conjugal rights filed by the Applicant being H.M.P.No.58 of 2014 shall be heard by the Family Court at Bandra along with the Divorce Petition filed earlier in time by the Respondent wife being No.478 of 2014. (ii)The Civil Judge, Senior Division, Islampur, shall ensure that the papers and proceedings of H.M. Petition No.58 of 2014 are received by the Family Court at Bandra, on or before 5th October, 2017.

(iii)The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Bandra on 9th October, 2017 and obtain necessary directions. (iv)The learned Judge of the Family Court shall hear and dispose off both ssp 1/2

mca 222 of 2017 (41).sxw the above Petitions within a period of six months from the 9th October, 2017. (v) The Family Court at Bandra shall not grant adjournment/s to the parties unless absolutely necessary. The parties too shall not seek any adjournment/s unless absolutely necessary.
