The above Civil Application No.78 of 2016 is filed by the Applicant Sanjay Kashinath Mhatre for being impleaded as Respondent No.5 to the aforesaid Writ Petition. The Learned Advocate appearing for the Management states that the

kpd 2 / 2 920-WP-6836-2015.sxw Petitioner has admittedly attained superannuation on 31 st August, 2016 and thereafter, the Respondent No.5 was appointed as Head Mistress from 1 st October, 2016 ; in view thereof the orders passed in the above Writ Petition will not affect the position of proposed Respondent No.5 as Head Master ; therefore, the question of Applicant being joined as proposed party Respondent to the above Writ Petition does not arise. The Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner also echoes the view of the Learned Advocate appearing for the Management. In view thereof, no orders are passed on the above Civil Application and the same is accordingly disposed off. 2.

Stand over to 11 th December, 2017.
