After investigation of the offences in question, of which the Applicants are seeking quashing, a statement is made by the learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, that the proposal to file 'C' Summary has been approved by the higher authority and 'C' Summary report shall be submitted before the Magistrate Court, within two weeks. Statement is accepted. 2.
In view of the statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives in the Applications and the Applications stands disposed of accordingly. In view of disposal of the Applications, interim application also stands disposed of.
