This Application is moved for restoration of Writ Petition, which was dismissed by conditional order dated 13th December, 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial).

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is delay of 120 days in filing this Application for restoration of Writ Petition. The learned counsel submitted that by the order dated 13th December, 2017, the Registrar (Judicial) has directed the petitioner to remove office objections within four weeks from the date of the order, failing which, the numbering of the Petition will be refused. The learned counsel submitted that inadvertently the objections were 1 / 2
6.CAW1381_2018.doc not removed. The learned counsel prays that if this Petition is restored, then within two weeks the objections will be removed. 3.
The learned counsel for the respondent present and submits to the order of the Court.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, delay is condoned. The order dated 13th December, 2017 is recalled. Writ Petition is restored to its original file subject to removal of office objections within two weeks, i.e., on or before 30th August, 2018. If the objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the Petition will be dismissed forthwith. This is the last chance given to the applicant/petitioner to remove office objections. 5.
Civil Application is allowed.
