By order dated 20th December, 2023, this Court had directed the Appellant to furnish requisite number of decree forms on or before the next date i.e. 31st January, 2024. Till 31st January, 2024, no decree forms were supplied and none had appeared for the Appellant. The matter was therefore adjourned today. It was specifically recorded in the order that if no compliance is made, this Court may pass an order dismissing the Appeal for default.

It is seen that in spite of such order, till now no compliance is made. None appears for the Appellant. It is thus clear that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal.

The Appeal therefore stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
