This is an application seeking time to furnish surety in accordance with order dated 14th June 2021.

Vide aforesaid order the Applicant was enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Advocate for Applicant submitted that Applicant has not furnished sureties pursuant to aforesaid order. Applicant would furnish surety in compliance with the said order within a period of four weeks.
