By this application, the Petitioner is seeking amendment in the writ petition. Since the petition is at the stage of pre-admission, we grant leave to amend. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendments shall be carried out within two weeks from today. The Petitioner shall thereafter give copy of the amended petition to the Respondents. The Respondents are at liberty to file additional reply to the amended petition, if they so desire.
