By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 4th May, 2018 passed by this Court dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution for condonation of delay of delay of 22 days in filing this civil application.

I heard the leaned counsel appearing for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).The Writ Petition No.2427 of 2016 is restored to file along with ad-interim relief, if any, 1/2
