Accordingly, he seeks leave to bring on record the legal representatives of late Mr. Girish Panchal. Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

3] The legal representatives of late Mr. Girish Panchal are (i) Mrs. Gayatri G. Panchal, (ii) Mr. Kartikkumar G. Panchal and (iii) Mr. Viral G. Panchal.

4] Out of the aforesaid, Mrs. Gayatri G. Panchal and Mr.Viral G. Panchal are present in the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that all three legal representatives have 1/2

The said Sunil Pandey is also present in the Court. 5] Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has instructions from the legal representatives of deceased Mr. Girish Panchal to withdraw this petition, as the matter has been amicably settled. Accordingly, he applies for leave to withdraw this petition.

6] The aforesaid two legal representatives of Mr. Girish Panchal and Constituted Attorney Mr. Sunil Pandey, who are present in the Court, also stated that they do not want to pursue this petition.

7] In view of the aforesaid, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
