Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned AGP for respondent no.1.

This application is preferred by acquiring body for restoration of First Appeal (St) no. 30760 of 2013 in L.A.R. no. 200 of 2005, which was dismissed in view of conditional order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) dated 01.04.2014 for non removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks from today.

Undertaking is accepted.

6 caf 3008-14=.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and undertaking given by him for removal of all office objections, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing Civil Application.

Hence, the following order.

i) Order dated 01.04.2014 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. ii) First Appeal (St) No. 30760 of 2013 is restored on file.

iii) Applicant to remove all office objections within two weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

iv) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
