3. Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Applicants would submit that the legal heirs of Respondent No.1 i.e. Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are already on record. Petitioners are directed to delete the name of deceased Respondent No.1 and renumber the array of Respondent No.1.

5. Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
